Production Time:
* Our jewelry is made to order. Production time takes approximately 2-3 weeks after receiving customer deposit or payment. We will inform you ship date as soon as the order is confirmed.
* For in-stock items will be shipped within 3 business days
* In some situations such as raw material shortage, full capacity production, it will take time longer. However, we will inform the customer immediately for the delivery after the receipt of your deposit.

Returning Policy:

Our jewelry is checked individually by trained QC staffs for each production step start from wax injecting, casting, filing, gem selection, setting and final QC before packing. We assure that our customer will receive beautiful pieces of jewelry. To guarantee that gold alloys are not below the legal standards stamped on the jewelry (Hallmark), we regularly analyze the gold content through assay institutes.
